These terms govern the use of the Tasuro web and mobile application (the “service”), which generates indicative weekly meal plans. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the service & health notice

The service provides informational and educational content only. Generated meal plans and calorie calculations are indicative, based on general formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor), and do not replace professional medical or nutritional care. Consult a doctor or registered dietitian before any major dietary change, especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or medication. The operator is not liable for any harm arising from reliance on the content.

3. User account

An account is created by verifying your email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of access to your mailbox. You may delete your account and all data at any time in your profile.

4. User obligations

You agree to provide truthful data and not to use the service for unlawful purposes. The content is protected by copyright and may not be distributed commercially without consent.

5. Availability & changes

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. The operator may change the service and these terms; material changes will be announced on the site.

6. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are resolved by the competent Czech courts.
