1. Data we process

• Email address – account creation, verification and sign-in.
• Profile data – sex, age, height, weight, goal, activity, allergies, dietary preferences.
• Generated meal plans – to display in your account.
• Technical data – essential cookies (session), server log IP address.

2. Purpose & legal basis

• Providing the service and account – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Email verification and security – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Retention

Data is kept while your account exists. Upon deletion, data is removed immediately. Unverified registrations and expired tokens are deleted automatically.

4. Recipients

Data is stored with our hosting provider (Hostinger) in the EU. Emails are sent via an SMTP provider. Optional personalized texts may be generated via an API (Anthropic) – only an anonymous parameter summary is sent, never your email.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction, portability and objection. Delete your account and data in your profile or by request at lemonyapps@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
