Ingredients

  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 100 g red bell pepper
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 50 g onion
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in olive oil.
  2. Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper and let simmer.
  3. Create wells and gently crack the eggs into them.
  4. Cook until the eggs are set.
