Yes, generating a plan is free. After entering your email you can save the plan to your account and generate a new one each week.
Yes. For weight loss we set a moderate calorie deficit; for muscle gain a surplus with higher protein. You can also choose the number of meals per day and an intermittent fasting window.
Yes. You can exclude 10 major allergens and choose a vegetarian or vegan option — recipes are filtered automatically.
