Ingredients

  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 100 g red bell pepper
  • 50 g onion
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil until soft.
  2. Add tomato paste and cumin, stir well.
  3. Make small wells and carefully crack eggs into them.
  4. Cover and cook until eggs are done to your liking.
