  • 2 pcs portobello mushrooms
  • 100 g chicken breast
  • 50 g spinach
  • 20 g parmesan cheese
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Sauté the chicken breast with garlic and spinach in olive oil.
  3. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and top with parmesan.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
