  • 70 g couscous
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 50 g bell pepper
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and season the cod with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake the cod for 15-20 minutes.
