Ingredients

  • 150 g pork shoulder
  • 50 g wholemeal flour
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 100 g cabbage
  • 50 g onion
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper, then roast in the oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
  2. Combine wholemeal flour, egg, and water to make a dough, then boil in water to form dumplings.
  3. Sauté onion and add chopped cabbage, braising until tender.
  4. Serve the pork with dumplings and cabbage.
