- • 100 g lentils

- • 10 g olive oil

Instructions
- Chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil.
- Add the lentils and tomato sauce, mixing well.
- Slice the eggplant, season with salt and pepper, and layer it in a baking dish.
- Top the eggplant with the lentil mixture and bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
