Ingredients

  • 100 g lentils
  • 50 ml tomato sauce
  • 50 g onion
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil.
  2. Add the lentils and tomato sauce, mixing well.
  3. Slice the eggplant, season with salt and pepper, and layer it in a baking dish.
  4. Top the eggplant with the lentil mixture and bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
