- • 150 g eggplant
- • 100 g lean ground beef
- • 50 g onion
- • 100 g tomatoes
- • 100 g plain yogurt
- • 10 g olive oil
- • 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
- Slice the eggplant and sauté in olive oil.
- In a pan, sauté the onion, add the ground meat and tomatoes.
- Layer everything in a baking dish and top with yogurt.
- Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
