Ingredients

  • 150 g eggplant
  • 100 g lean ground beef
  • 50 g onion
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 100 g plain yogurt
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the eggplant and sauté in olive oil.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion, add the ground meat and tomatoes.
  3. Layer everything in a baking dish and top with yogurt.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
