  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 50 g onion
  • 50 g carrot
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp basil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic.
  2. Add carrot and lentils, then stir in tomato paste and cook until tender.
  3. Season with basil and serve.
