  • 100 g tomato
  • 50 g onion
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 5 g vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook the lentils with onion and salt until tender.
  2. Sauté the tomato in olive oil in a pan.
  3. Poach the egg in a pot of water with vinegar.
  4. Serve the lentils topped with the sautéed tomato and poached egg.
