- • 200 g potatoes
- • 100 g kale
- • 50 g lean smoked sausage
- • 50 ml milk
- • 1 tbsp olive oil
- • 1 pinch salt
- • 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender and drain.
- Sauté the kale in olive oil in a pan.
- Mash the potatoes with milk, add the kale and chopped sausage.
- Season with salt and pepper, mix well and serve.
