Ingredients

  • 200 g potatoes
  • 100 g kale
  • 50 g lean smoked sausage
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender and drain.
  2. Sauté the kale in olive oil in a pan.
  3. Mash the potatoes with milk, add the kale and chopped sausage.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and serve.
