Ingredients

  • 150 g tofu
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 50 g carrot
  • 50 g bell pepper
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 10 ml soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Cut tofu and vegetables, mix with olive oil and soy sauce.
  3. Bake on a tray for about 25 minutes until golden.
  4. Serve warm.
