Ingredients

  • 150 g Eggplant
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • 100 ml Tomato sauce
  • 50 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 10 g Olive oil
  • 5 g Basil

Instructions

  1. Slice the eggplant and sprinkle with salt, letting it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Sauté the slices in olive oil until golden.
  3. In a baking dish, layer eggplant, tomato sauce, and cheeses.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
