Ingredients

  • 150 g salmon
  • 20 g miso paste
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 50 g spinach
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 5 g sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Coat the salmon with miso paste and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil, add broccoli and spinach, and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook the salmon in the pan for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve with the greens and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
