Ingredients

  • 150 g tofu
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 50 g brown rice
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 15 ml soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 g sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
  2. Add tofu and broccoli, stir-fry until tender.
  3. Mix in brown rice and soy sauce, stir well and serve topped with sesame seeds.
