  • 150 g chicken breast
  • 60 g quinoa
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions and mix in the cooked broccoli.
  3. Sauté garlic in olive oil and mix with the chicken.
  4. Bake the chicken in the oven for about 25 minutes and serve with quinoa.
