  • 10 g honey
  • 10 ml soy sauce
  • 5 g ginger (grated)
  • 5 g sesame seeds
  • 100 g broccoli

Instructions

  1. Mix miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and ginger together.
  2. Brush the mixture over the cod and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Bake the cod in the oven at 200 °C for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Serve with steamed broccoli sprinkled with sesame seeds.
