Ingredients

  • 100 g mixed mushrooms
  • 1 slice whole wheat tortilla
  • 50 g avocado
  • 30 g cheese blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the mixed mushrooms.
  2. Add whisked eggs and stir until cooked.
  3. Place the mixture on the tortilla, add avocado and cheese, roll it up and serve.
