  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 200 ml milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 10 g honey
  • 5 g vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
  2. Pour in the milk and honey, and stir well.
  3. Let it sit in the fridge overnight and serve in the morning.
