  • 100 g cooked brown rice
  • 100 g ground chicken
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 50 g onion
  • 10 g olive oil

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and ground chicken in olive oil.
  2. Add cooked rice and tomato paste, mix well.
  3. Stuff the bell pepper with the mixture and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
