  • 60 g whole wheat lasagna
  • 100 g ground turkey
  • 50 g zucchini
  • 30 g spinach
  • 100 ml tomato sauce
  • 30 g low-fat cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, sauté the ground turkey and add zucchini and spinach.
  3. Layer the lasagna in a dish, adding the meat mixture and tomato sauce, then sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Repeat layers and bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
