Ingredients

  • 100 g red lentils
  • 60 g basmati rice
  • 1 pcs tomato
  • 1 pcs onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1 tsp garam masala

Instructions

  1. Sauté chopped onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add tomato and lentils, cover with water, and cook until lentils are tender.
  3. Meanwhile, cook rice according to package instructions.
  4. Serve dal over rice and sprinkle with garam masala.
