  • 70 g rice
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 50 g carrot
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and add minced garlic, then add shrimp and sauté until pink.
  3. Add chopped broccoli and carrot, and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  4. Serve the shrimp and vegetables over the rice.
