Ingredients

  • 150 g cooked chickpeas
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 50 g onion
  • 100 g tomato
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 50 g basmati rice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion in olive oil until golden.
  2. Add the tomato and curry powder, and cook briefly.
  3. Stir in chickpeas and coconut milk, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook basmati rice according to package instructions and serve with the curry.
