- • 150 g cooked chickpeas
- • 100 ml coconut milk
- • 50 g onion
- • 100 g tomato
- • 1 tbsp curry powder
- • 50 g basmati rice
- • 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Sauté the onion in olive oil until golden.
- Add the tomato and curry powder, and cook briefly.
- Stir in chickpeas and coconut milk, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook basmati rice according to package instructions and serve with the curry.
