Ingredients

  • 30 g parmesan cheese
  • 50 g tomato puree
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 g basil
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the eggplant and sprinkle with salt, let it sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add tomato puree.
  3. Place eggplant in a baking dish, pour the sauce over, and sprinkle with parmesan.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
